1.2 ResQBox makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform or the information, products, or services contained therein.
2. No Medical or Nutritional Advice
2.1 The Platform does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
2.2 Any food listings, descriptions, or labels are provided by Vendors and are not verified or endorsed by ResQBox.
2.3 Consumers with allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions must consult directly with Vendors and exercise personal judgment before placing orders.
3. Vendor Responsibility
3.1 Vendors are solely responsible for:
- The preparation, handling, and safety of food listed on the Platform;
- Compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, FSSAI regulations, and all other applicable food safety laws;
- Accuracy of listings, descriptions, and pickup instructions.
3.2 ResQBox does not inspect, audit, or certify food premises or food quality.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResQBox disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from:
- Use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Food-related incidents, including contamination, allergic reactions, or illness;
- Misconduct, negligence, or breach by Vendors or Consumers;
- Technical errors, outages, or interruptions in Platform functionality.
4.2 ResQBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
4.3 Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to Consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.
5. Third-Party Content and Services
5.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including payment processing services provided by our payment processor, to be confirmed — Cashfree or Razorpay).
5.2 ResQBox does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices.
5.3 Users access third-party services at their own risk and are subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
6. Force Majeure
6.1 ResQBox shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather;
- Government actions or regulatory changes;
- Strikes, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions;
- Internet or infrastructure failures.
7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
